Booking Conditions
|
The contract is between Sunrise tours - Egypt either
operator or agent - and any person (client) traveling or intending to travel on
an itinerary or tour supplied or accommodation booking or sightseeing booking. This
agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of Egypt . The actions,
claims, demands or suits arising out of this agreement shall be exclusively justiciable
in the courts of the Egypt and sunrise Tours Egypt has the sole authority to vary
or omit any of these terms.

Quotations:
|
All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed
until the deposit is received and booking confirmed. Some quotations will have validity
dates on them and if a deposit is not received by that expiry date then the quotation
will automatically cancel without notification to you. Also all quotation subject
for any changes due to any governmental taxes increase

Bookings:
|
To secure a booking, Sunrise tours - Egypt requires
a completed Booking Form or e-mail, or fax sent by the client, or the parent/legal
guardian (if the client is under 18 years), and payment details (bank transfer details).
A booking is valid from the date Sunrise tours - Egypt confirms acceptance in writing.
Sunrise tours - Egypt reserves the right to decline
any booking at their discretion and incase there is no reply about your booking
within 48 hours, please send us your booking to our fax number:

Deposits: A deposit will be required to confirm any booking. Deposit
conditions for certain products may vary and we will advise you in writing of these
conditions at the time of quotation and it will be at least 25 % within the primary
confirmation. Final Payment: Final payment may be due 30 days prior to travel date.
No vouchers will be issued until final payment is received. Final payment conditions
for certain products may vary and we will advise you in writing of these conditions
at the time of quotation. In the case of non-payment of the balance by the due date,
sunrise tours–Egypt will treat the booking as cancelled unless the client communicates
to the contrary.

Final Payment:
|
Final payment may be due 30 days prior to travel date. No vouchers will be issued
until final payment is received. Final payment conditions for certain products may
vary and we will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of quotation.

Minimum Booking:
|
We have a minimum booking policy of US$ 50.00
Prices: All prices will be quoted in American Dollars for all international
markets except European nationalities will be on Euro and are based on inclusive
all taxes
|
|
Cancellations:
|
Must be in writing and can either be per email, facsimile, or by letter. No cancellation
will be accepted unless received in writing and received by us directly from you.
The date that we receive the cancellation notice is the date that it is deemed cancelled.

Cancellation Fees:
|
- If cancelled 30 days or more prior to the services date - No Fee
- If cancelled 15 to 7 days prior to pick up - 30% of total amount
- If cancelled 6 days or less prior to pick up - 75 % of total amount
- If cancelled on the day of pick up or no show - 100% of total amount

There is no refund for the following:
|
-Early return of vehicle & Bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. We strongly
recommend that you take out travel insurance, including cancellation insurance!

Problems:
|
In the event that a client has a complaint about any of the travel arrangements,
they must advise the relevant supplier at the time and inform
Sunrise tours - Egypt in writing. This will assist settlement of any
grievance or complaint. And any disputes over the quality, fitness and condition
of the product is between the client and the product supplier and as such, Sunrise tours - Egypt cannot be held liable for any problem
with the product supplied . Sunrise tours – Egypt accepts no liability for personal
injuries and losses.It is the client's responsibility to choose a trip within their
capabilities.

Other Conditions:
|
Sunrise tours - Egypt as operator or agent finalizes
all arrangements for these products on the express condition that it shall not be
held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned
either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, vessel or equipment or by Acts of
God or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying
the passengers or in carrying out our arrangements of the tours or otherwise in
connection herewith.
Sunrise tours - Egypt reserves the right to change
any of the facilities, services or prices described in the information provided.
Sunrise tours - Egypt accepts no liability for any
action or activity undertaken by the client arranged independently or
Sunrise tours - Egypt while on holiday. Sunrise tours -
Egypt shall not be liable to compensate clients for associated expenses
incurred as a result of their booking. No refund will be made for any unused services
that are included in the price. Rates and Conditions quoted in our web site and/or
documentation are subject to change without notice.

Baggage:
|
One piece of baggage not exceeding 20 kilograms per person is allowed. The suitcase
size should not exceed 736mm x 508mm x 254mm (29" x 20" x 10"). Excess baggage charges
must be paid locally by tour participants. Only one piece of hand luggage 550mm
x 350mm x 250mm (22" x 14" x 10") is allowed. The Company assumes no responsibility
for any loss or damage to baggage or belongings that occurred while the baggage
or belongings were outside its custody or control. However, the Company will assist
you in making the relevant claims provided it does not interfere with, inconvenience,
or hamper the conduct of the tour or other members of the tour group.

Relationship:
|
The relationship between the Company and you will be that of independent contractors,
and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be
held or construed to be partners, joint venture parties, fiduciaries, employees
or agents of the other.

Handicap services or aged travelers:
|
we must receive any notification about any of the two cases in order to be able
to arrange any special services for them
|
|
Services:
|
any unused services agreed are non-refundable.
|

THIS WEB SITE:

at the time of production. During the validity of the web site, hotels will change
facilities, airlines will change their flights and circumstances and the country
visited will also change. We will advise you of these changes before departure,
